Alon Usa Energy Might Be Ready For Its Second Move

Refining company Delek US Holdings is having a great day today, its up 9.19% as I write this, ALJ another refining company made a big move 8 days ago and since then it has been trading sideways and it looks to be ready for its 2nd move higher.
