Alex Rodriguez is taking his wildest swing yet in his fight against steroid allegations: The Yankees and MLB are conspiring to push him out of the game. Sources say the embattled Yankee star is “scared” that bigger forces are at work to try to discredit him and sink his career. “He’s scared, because he thinks this is so unbelievably false, and he’s wondering who could be behind this,” said a source, referring to last week’s Miami New Times report linking A-Rod to an alleged Miami-area performance-enhancing drug scandal. “He thinks something could be going on larger than anyone might think.”
Sometimes you are so deep in your position that you start to believe all type of shit, the more outrageous it is the more you believe it. You get stuck in a position (losing one) and you hold on, and hold on, then you start changing your profit targets, you were looking to clean up and now you are looking just to break-even. You start to think that there is someone going after you and that the entire world is run by the Masons and 7 other guys including santa claus who have a fix in the stock market. What most don’t realize is; that the sooner you come clean and you admit that you are wrong or maybe just the timing the better you are off. The fact is I’ve been in this type of situation with losing positions and what I have found; is that it’s much better to take the hit and put the trade back on immediately if you really have that much conviction, it will help your emotional capital tremendously. If you are saying to yourself that you can’t take this type of loss, then let me tell you something; you’ve lost already, you just haven’t realized it.
