Window Dressing, Beginning of The Quarter of Opportunity

If you believe that we still have a chance of some window dressing or perhaps a bump up once the new quarter starts due to new money coming in, you might want to take a look at these ETF’S that are down that are down 7 days in a row and sporting an RSI2 of under 2: FAS, IYR/DRN, XME, SLX, USD, TMV, TBT, PST, DWX, KIE. As you may know, ETF’S tend to be mean reverting instruments and once they are stretched in one direction in the short term.
